I’m looking for a new roommate from 1st April 2026, as my current housemate of almost two years will be moving out at the end of March.
I’m seeking someone who is clean, tidy, and respectful to share my home. The property is a lovely three-bedroom terraced house in Ruislip (Zone 5, London). Downstairs features a bright, open-plan living space with a living room, dining area, and kitchen overlooking a private patio and garden — perfect for relaxing in the warmer months.
I’m looking for a single occupant (no couples) — ideally a female working professional aged 25–30. I work in finance and am office-based five days a week. It would be great to find someone who also works primarily from the office, though I’m open to someone with a hybrid schedule who spends part of the week working from home.
There are three bedrooms in total:
- The master bedroom (occupied by me)
- A small box room currently used as storage/spare office space (not for rent)
- The available room, located at the back of the house overlooking the garden
The room for rent is a comfortable medium size, furnished with a small double bed (between a single and a standard double) and offers plenty of storage space.
I also have two cats, so you’ll need to be comfortable around animals and not have any allergies.
