The property is located in Ruislip, an affluent and leafy suburban area of West London, set on a quiet cul-de-sac.

I am a 31-year-old female homeowner living at the property and am looking for one tenant to rent the second bedroom in my three-bedroom terraced house.

The Home:
Downstairs features a bright, open-plan layout with a front living/TV room flowing into a dining area that also functions as a home office.
The kitchen is located at the rear of the house and overlooks the garden — a perfect spot to relax in the summer with food, drinks, and sunshine. The kitchen is fully equipped with white goods, a rice cooker, and an air fryer.

Upstairs:
There are three bedrooms in total:
- The box room is the spare room at the moment.
- The master bedroom is mine and is located at the front of the house.
- The available bedroom is a spacious rear-facing room with ample storage and a comfortable double/small-double bed.

Location & Transport:
The property is well served by local amenities, including Old Dairy Complex, which offers Cineworld, McDonald’s, Nando’s, Asda, Aldi, B&M, and a gym. Excellent transport links include the Metropolitan, Piccadilly, and Central lines, as well as rail services, getting you into central London in approximately 30–35 minutes.

White City Westfield is just 20 minutes away on the Central line and offers an extensive range of shops, restaurants, and leisure activities such as bowling, bouldering, and mini golf.

Ruislip High Street has really come into its own over the past few years, boasting a great selection of restaurants covering a wide variety of cuisines. There’s also a lovely farmers’ market held twice a month near the old library — scenic, friendly, and full of fantastic food and unique finds.

What I am looking for:
I am looking for one tenant only (no couples or families). My preference is for a female professional aged between 25–40, although I am not fixed on an age range.

My current housemate of two years is sadly moving out and her tenancy ends 31st March 2026.

I am - therefore - looking for someone to move in from 1st April 2026 onwards.

Please note: the house is also home to two cats, so this would suit someone without allergies 🐾
