I am looking to rent 2 double rooms to single working professionals. Everyone has their own space and privacy is respected. It’s not a monitored or managed HMO but a relaxed home shared by independent people.

Its beautiful house with few mins bus ride to Eastcote station for metropolitan/Piccadilly line and 5-10 mins bus ride to Northolt station for central line.

Plenty of high streets in walkable distance.

Kitchen would be shared and is fully furnished with dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine and dryer.

This is ideal setting for someone who wants privacy and space. I love positive vibes and friendliness so those are MUST haves for me.

House back entrance goes to the beautiful park so its very quite and serene and easy to accommodate walks in workday.

I work in IT and wfh quite often and out most of the time on weekends and in evenings. I am looking for someone who is flexible and looking for homely vibes with privacy.

I love playing board games, hikes, movies, badminton, reading, meditation, dancing and quite social and active person but also love my privacy.
