Double Room near Ruislip Manor

We are assisting an elderly landlady (aged 79) who is looking for a specific tenant, hence the reason for the low rental advertised. Please only inquire if you fit this criteria:

🔘 A vegetarian or a Muslim lady aged between 25 to 60
🔘 No guests can stay overnight.
🔘 Prepared to spend 1 a day helping with general cleaning/gardening/shopping/making tea and helping the landlady. Sometimes this means just sitting down having a chit chat over a cup of tea !
🔘Non-smoker and no pets please.
🔘We will consider tenants on Universal credit/housing benefit/DSS.

All bills are included.

You will have access to a garden, shared living room and kitchen.

The property is in Ruislip Manor, about 10 minutes’ walk from the underground station which has Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines. Ruislip garden station is about 12-15 minutes’ walk away.

The property is a two-bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. It is well looked after by the landlady. The room offered is a furnished small double room and comes with:

🔘 Study table and chair

The landlady has some mobility issues (she uses a walking stick to move around). She is however mentally strong and still quite independent. She is very chatty and likes to have company in the house. Her recent flatmate moved out hence is looking for a new friendly person to move in.

The tenancy will be for a minimum of 1 year. Rental is to be paid in advance. Deposit is £500, but this is negotiable for the right tenant. If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask.
