The room comes furnished with a double bed with a Simba mattress (and storage space under the bed), a large built-in double closet and pure mangowood bedside tables and chest of drawers. There is space in the room for a desk.

You will have primary access to the main bathroom which is only otherwise used for guests.

I have a small dog, so I'm looking for someone who does not have pet allergies and is a dog lover. I occupy the second bedroom and have an en-suite bathroom.

The flat benefits from a large open-plan living room and kitchen, including electric reclining sofas, a double sofabed and a large TV and the kitchen is fully equipped with all white goods, including a washing machine and dryer, a full-size dishwasher and an airfryer.

The property is in a high-spec, new build block of flats, benefitting from a balcony, communal garden and communal roof terrace. The property backs onto a sports field giving you incredible green views.

You would be a 5-minute walk from South Ruislip station (Central Line), directly opposite a massive Sainsbury's superstore and a 5-minute walk from the Old Dairy (with an Asda superstore, Cineworld, Nandos, McDonalds, B&M and Aldi). The flat is also 5 minutes by car from the A40 giving you access to the M4 and M40. Unfortunately, you won't have a parking space but we should be able to arrange occasional guest parking if needed.

You would also have close access to Ruislip Manor tube station (Metropolitan and Piccadilly Lines), Victoria Retail Park (with a Lidl, TK Maxx, Wickes and a number of home stores), Ruislip Woods, Ruislip Lido and Ruislip High Street. The 114 bus stop is right outside the flat.
