I am looking to rent out an en-suite room from July onwards.

The room is equipped with a king size bed, a sliding mirror wardrobe and a TV. The living room and kitchen are open plan.

The flat is in a great location - 5 min walk from the central line, Asda and the Gym. There is an allocated parking bay space which I’d be happy to give to the tenant if they have a car. The flat is third floor of a building with no lifts.

I am a 27 year old female who works from home three days a week.

This will be a short term let (probably around 4 months) as I am planning to sell the flat. The tenant must also be okay with flat viewings, however I would give advance notice of these. The rent includes bills.
