Double room for single lady

I have a newly decorated and refreshed double room to let to a single female. It’s in a three bedroom semi detached house near Ruislip Gardens shops and station. All bills included. There is the use of the kitchen and dinning area. I am the live in landlady so we would share the bathroom and toilet. The room is in the back of the house in a sunny position overlooking the garden. There is parking space at the rear of the property.
