This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, and you’ll have your own private bathroom. The room itself is well-furnished with a built-in desk and wardrobes, providing a great space for both work and relaxation.

The flat is on the 4th floor and offers breathtaking views of London. You’ll also have access to a gym in the building, a concierge service, and a rooftop terrace where guests can be entertained.

Ruislip is a fantastic area with a great high street that has plenty of shops and restaurants, including Waitrose, Boots, McDonald’s, and nail bars. For transport, Ruislip Station is just a 30-second walk away, offering excellent connections via the Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines. Additionally, West Ruislip Station, only a 10-minute walk, provides access to the Central Line, making commuting into central London incredibly convenient and safe (approx 30 mins door to door to Zone 1).

This is my first flat, and having spent some time searching for the right place, I understand the value of finding a space where you feel happy and at home. I hope this flat can provide someone else with a similar experience.

The flat is now largely ready for someone to move in. I’m just making a few final adjustments and waiting for my sofa, which will arrive soon. :)

I’m a self-employed consultant working in music, entertainment, data, and diversity. While I do have an office space elsewhere, I also work from home, particularly when I need some focused time. My desk setup is in the lounge, so I just need someone who’s comfortable with that and with me working from home during some weekdays and daytime hours.

The flat would be ideal for another female who works or is studying. Due to personal reasons, I just ask that no pork is consumed or cooked in the house.

Bills include Council Tax (Band E), electricity, water, broadband, use of building facilities and cleaning. I also have Sky TV set up, so there is an option to have it in your room.
