There is also a large shared bathroom downstairs for taking showers/baths.
Includes access to a modern open kitchen that was recently renovated and equipped with brand new appliances. Comes with a kitchen island as well as plenty of cupboard space. The newly bought American-style refrigerator comes with lots of shelf space, along with a built-in ice and water dispenser.
A laundry room is tucked beside the kitchen, storing a brand new washing machine with minimal noise. Can also be used for extra storage space.

Currently two occupants upstairs (me and a female tenant). This room was originally occupied by a female student, but she's planning to leave at the end of August to live with family.
Downstairs there are two other occupants, my step mother and little brother. We do have a pet kitten who is 5 months old and well-behaved.
You also get a personal bartender (me lol) if you ever want a homemade cocktail!
