I’m the first to move into this beautifully refurbished home near Ruislip Gardens Station, and I’m helping my lovely landlord find a few more great people to join the house 🏠

The tree-storey house has two modern self-contained studio rooms on each floor, all newly done to a high standard. You’ll have your own private shower room (with white marble-style finishings and a smart mirror with Bluetooth speakers 💡🎶), your own washing machine, mini oven/microwave, fridge, plenty of storage, and a kitchenette - everything you'll need for comfortable, independent living.

If you fancy some social time or feel like cooking more seriously, there’s also a shared kitchen downstairs with a heavy duty gas & induction cookers, extra microwaves, and lots of storage space.

The studios are surprisingly spacious for London standards, and you’d be the first to move in, which is quite special✨️!

The location offers great connections to Central London on Central Line ( It took me 30 min to Notting Hill Gate station and 40 sometning to St Paul's), alternatively, there is a Picadilly line within a 15 min walk from the house.

The area feels safe, residential and friendly, with Aldi and huge Asda nearby for great deals, and a few cosy local pubs and eateries here and there.

I believe this place is ideal for those who work in the city but appreciate a calmer, cleaner environment at the end of the day. It’s also suitable for WFH (good Wi-Fi and space to set up a desk).

We’re looking for clean, positively-minded, and respectful people, ideally working professionals (9–5) who appreciate a tidy, calm home environment.
