I have a double bedroom (note: room is for single occupancy only) available in my 2 bed flat in Romford/ Dagenham. Bills (gas, electricity, water, wifi, council tax) included.

Cosy double room with large built in mirror wardrobe.
Furnished with double bed (which has some under-bed storage) and bedside table (can be removed upon request).

The flat:
Modern newly renovated 2 bedroom flat.
Open plan kitchen
Large bathroom with shower & bathtub

Parking:
Residential parking

The area:
Flat is in a quiet residential area
3 minutes walk to bus stop
6 minutes drive/ bus to Romford train station and town centre
20 minutes walk to Queens hospital

Myself:
I am a quiet individual who is also looking for similar.
I am very clean.
I work and then tend to just chill and watch Netflix in the living room

Yourself:
Looking for also a respectful, clean and quiet individual
Preferably works/study outside and not from home (room cannot fit a desk currently)
Non-smoker

Additional details:
Rent £900pcm (bills included: gas, electricity, water, wifi, council tax, netflix (I can give you a channel on my account lol))
Deposit 1 month rent
