Furnished with double bed (which has under-bed storage space) and bedside table (can be removed upon request).

Modern newly renovated 2 bedroom flat.

Large bathroom with shower & bathtub

Flat is in a quiet residential area
3 minutes walk to bus stop
6 minutes drive/ bus to Romford train station and town centre
20 minutes walk to Queens hospital

Myself:
I am a quiet and tidy individual. Love to go out to restaurants, picnics, theatre and sports. But I love to chill on the couch most of the time
I am very clean.

Yourself:
Looking for someone respectful, chill and clean.
Preferably works/study outside and not from home (room cannot fit a desk currently)
