Single room in welcoming home

I am a professional, who works mainly from home and I have the friendliest of dogs Ruby. (a cockapoo)
I work in maths education running teacher professional development and I teach sometimes.
The room has every thing one needs.
The house is spacious and I would love an undergraduate, post graduate or professional to share it.
There is one other lodger (professional 28) and both of you would share a separate kitchen and bathroom from me. There is also a separate shared living room.
My children have grown up and now live elsewhere. I won’t be letting out their rooms though. So a maximum of 3 living in the home including you.
There are 2 living rooms and 1 is shared so it won’t feel claustrophobic or as if we are living in each other’s pockets. It is worth coming to view. You will be able to have as much privacy as you need if you need it.
I am a Christian and welcome a person of any faith or non.
