Parking: Space for 2 cars in front and plenty of off-street parking on the road.
Big extended kitchen with two cooker hubs and plenty of storage. Super clean house and girls living there are very clean!

The Rooms:
Massive En-suite loft room available. £850 only all bill inclusive.
Ground floor room with shared toilet (only with one girl next door).
Each floor has a toilet shared between only two people, ensuring no long queues!

Current Housemates:
All professional, settled girls who have been living here for years. They’re super friendly, respectful, and love having a peaceful environment.
You’ll have privacy when you need it, and guests are welcome (just let the agency know if they’re staying overnight). Please be mindful of utility usage as all bills are included, and rent covers one person per room.

About the Landlord:
The landlord is friendly, approachable, and lives nearby. If anything needs fixing or adjusting, they’re quick to help out! You will have privacy all times.
