Discounted rent 4 Female in a Muslim household

Assalamu alaikum,

I’m a 39-year-old professional male working full-time, living with my mother (60+) in a quiet, clean Muslim household. We have a spare room available for a respectful female aged 20–40.

In exchange for a significantly discounted rent, we’re looking for someone who can help with light house chores:
• General cleaning around the house and washing
• Serving lunch to my mum on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

This arrangement would suit a Muslim sister who values a peaceful, family-oriented home environment. We maintain Islamic values, modesty, and respect in the household.

The room is comfortable with shared bathroom, kitchen and garden access. Bills included.

Room size: 2.9 x 2.9 meters

Bedroom comes with a large wardrobe and a trundle-pullout bed.
