Two comfortable rooms available in a clean and peaceful shared flat in Seven Kings. This would be ideal for someone looking for a calm home environment, while still being close to great transport links, local shops and everyday essentials.

The flat is in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood and is just a short walk from Seven Kings Station, making travel into Central London and surrounding areas quick and convenient. You’ll also have easy access to places like Ilford, Stratford, Liverpool Street, Tottenham Court Road, Oxford Street and the West End.

There are plenty of shops, food spots, Tesco and other useful amenities nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach.

There are two rooms available:

Smaller room: £800 per month
Larger room: £850 per month

Deposit is the same amount as one month’s rent.

Each room comes with basic furniture, including a bed frame, mattress and chest of drawers. Some additional furniture shown in the photos may be available to purchase separately, which can be discussed during the viewing.

The flat has a shared kitchen, bathroom and shower facilities. Some basic kitchen facilities/items will be available, but tenants should bring their own personal kitchen items and day-to-day essentials.

The flat is shared with other tenants, and there is currently one person living in the property. Driveway parking is also available.

We’re looking for clean, respectful and easy-going tenants who understand shared living. The aim is to keep the home peaceful and comfortable for everyone, so being mindful of noise, cleanliness and personal space is important.

Single tenants or couples may be considered, depending on the room and situation.

House rules:
No smoking inside the property
No overnight guests without prior agreement
Please keep noise respectful, especially late at night
Clean and considerate tenants preferred
