The room and ensuite both are on there own floor (private floor and all modern and clean.)

Bedroom is a large room with a single bed, and built in storage enclosure for clothing etc. The ensuite is large, modern, shower, sink and toilet.

KITCHEN : Is a large CLEAN open dinning area, It has all the modern opts such as an washing machine, micro wave, double fridge, water and ice maker etc.

I’m am happy for anyone to use my utensils, etc as long as you keep them clean. Hence would not need buy any if you wish.

Parking is off street nearby. The avenue is closed of at one end, so you only tend to get residents accessing the road. ((plenty of parking spaces.))

The area is a safe / peaceful Neighbourhood. A12 and A13 and A406, m11 m25 etc are within good reach.

10 min walk in either direction, to the tube station centreline line (newbury park) or over rail-stations British rail (sevenkings) to Stratford / central London etc, c2c link.

Bus route is hail and ride, very good if you dont like bus stops and very regular to nearby towns centre Ilford or Barking/ Romford/ London etc.

All local shops and shopping centres nearby if required. Local ford social club and gyms etc.

The house has excellent beautiful views onto a large Park and nearby natural streams. Which is very clean and safe and has all the facilities; ie : Bowling club free to join, tennis courts, cricket closure and free outdoor gym etc. Ideal area if you jog. There also local countryside walking distance fairloop water 30min stroll and horse riding school nearby.

Gas /water and electricity etc included. * Internet access is available if required.

There is access to a large clean garden if you require or store your bike.

The House is alarmed and outside CCTV for addional peace of mind.

No pets.
No troublesome people.
No smoking in the house
No messy people.
No hoarder
No smelly people sorry (personal hygiene is a must.)
