Looking for friendly flatmate

Hello,

We have a double room available in our cozy home and we are looking for a new flatmate to move in to our quiet place.

We are 4 young professionals who really appreciate having our home as a safe place for resting after a long day of work or having a good time with the ones we like, we all get along really well in the house, each one minding their own business.

This is not a party home, but we also enjoy socialising when we have time and energy to do so, always respecting each others space and privacy, and this is why we get along so well. We don’t need dirty, disorganised people who are incapable of placing an object in the same place it was found, neither the ones who complain even about the air they breath. We are grateful like minded people here, always respecting each others limitations. Prepotence, arrogance and egocentrism are not welcomed here.

We are looking for someone like us, easygoing and down to earth, someone capable of understanding that we are all unique individuals with their own way of living and able to respect that. Being clean and organised is a must.
