A clean, spacious double bedroom to in a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, semi-detached house. Also with off road parking space and a garden. The garage, and small office/study are also available for use.

The house is double glazed, with central heating, and broadband.

Location wise it's a short bus ride to either South Ruislip (Central Line) South Harrow (Piccadilly line) or Harrow on the Hill (Metropolitan line). So great for commuting into central London. And just a 20 min taxi ride to Heathrow Airport.

This is a quiet residential area with friendly neighbours and local amenities and a bus stop just at the end of the road.

I live with my 2 cats, and so ideally you'll be a cat lover (or at least not allergic!) I'm a tidy, but easy going HR professional that currently works from home, although I'll likely be moving to a hybrid work pattern soon. Hopefully you'll be a student or professional, smokers also welcome but only outside in the garden please.
