Beautiful fully fitted double bedroom to rent.

Hello, i have a very decent double bedroom to rent in my 3 bedroom house from now.. There are just 2 females myself included. I am looking for a single professional female lodger. to rent the front fully fitted double bedroom. The bedroom is very clean the bed is as good as new. The bed is finished to a high decorative standard..
The lardge bathroom with shower/bath washbasin and toilet is on the same floor as the bedroom. I have my own en suite so i don't need to use it. There is also the benefit of a WC on the ground floor near to the fitted kitchen. There is also a dining area for your use.
