A quiet family home, consisting two adults currently resigning at the property along with 3 cats. We have a spare spacious single room available. We are looking for a professional/working tenant. The room is fully furnished, new IKEA bed with extra storage bedside table, under bed storage, a deep double door wardrobe. Computer desk and chair have also been added to the room. Good street view from window. Bus stop one minute walk. 5-7 minutes bus to Elm Park station. Move in date can be negotiable. We are a quiet family and we don’t encourage any visitors.
