1 bedroom to rent in a 2 bed flat

Hi,

My housemate is moving out at the end of January 2025 and I’m looking for someone new to move in for either 6-12 months.

It’s a 2 bedroom apartment with separate living room/kitchen and you will have a double room that comes with a bed, side tables and built in wardrobe and your own bathroom with a shower/bath. The UNCLE building as a gym, outdoor area, co working spaces, parcel room, karaoke room and dining room to host and Southall station (Elizabeth line) is a 5-7 min walk away depending on how fast you walk. Heathrow is 10 mins on the Lizzy line and Ealing Broadway is 5 mins away. You can get into central London in about 20 mins.

A little about me I’m in my mid 20s and a working professional in Mayfair. I’m out the house from 6:30am and get home around 7:30pm. So I’m out the house Monday to Friday. On weekends I enjoy going out for lunch/dinner/drinks and hopefully I will find someone who will join me on some adventures or cooking dinner together whilst also respecting each others privacy and quiet time.

Looking for someone who’s a similar age and shares similar interests but that’s not a deal breaker.
