The upstairs area is for females only, as the private toilet next door is exclusively for female flatmates. The house is just a 10-minute bus ride from Southall market, combining modern living with easy access to local amenities.

The house has a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need: a large American-style fridge/freezer, a beverage cooler, an air fryer, and plenty of storage space. Extra storage is also available in the garden shed. The bright conservatory serves as a cozy dining space, ideal for enjoying meals together. A coffee machine will be added soon for coffee lovers.

The room includes access to a private, female-only toilet and shower right next door, as well as an additional shared toilet and shower on the ground floor.
