Upstairs one single and one double bedrooms are available in a very safe quiet residential area in the middle of Greenford and Southall. There is free street car parking, 10/15 minutes walk from local train /tube station (Elizabeth line) & (Central line) from Greenford, Northolt and Southall Stations.
Two friends/partners/husband wife can stay together in a large room and cost of accommodation is at least is £140/- per week for each person which is including all bills e. g. electric, gas, water, WiFi and council tax etc, A small box room that can accommodate only one person and cost will be £160/- per week. In addition to above bills I also have to pay the mortgage on my house which in £2000/- per month.
I am a sixty-five year old Muslim man with some minor health conditions, In the kitchen, I cook and eat Kosher/Halal meat only. I want like minded individuals to live in and share this house.
Ideal for full time working individuals. Easy access to all universities campuses in London. Also very near from London Heathrow Airport, It takes 45 minutes to London Heathrow Airport by 105 bus 24/7. Very quiet peaceful safe residential area, PSW, Skilled workers/ full time working individuals are most welcome 👍
