Description
since my current flatmate won’t be renewing the lease, the second bedroom will be available starting November 5th.
I’ve been living here for over a year. The apartment is part of the Berkeley development, a community-style building with 24/7 security patrols. The layout is very practical, and the environment is excellent — lots of greenery, trees, flowing water, and birds in the morning.
The community has a free gym, study rooms, meeting rooms, and a cinema. Nearby there are also tennis courts (paid), pubs, and cafés. The flat is just a 7–8 minute walk from the Elizabeth Line train station, and you can also get there quickly with a free rental bike. Shopping is convenient with plenty of local stores and online delivery options.
About me: I’m currently working full-time in investment banking here in London. I’ve had a great relationship with my current flatmate over the past year with no conflicts at all.
About you: I’m looking for a female flatmate. You can be a student or a working professional, but I’d appreciate it if you keep the kitchen clean. If your salary is not enough to pass the reference check, don’t worry — I already qualify for the flat myself, but you will still need to go through the standard reference check and sign the tenancy agreement.
The second bedroom comes with a private large bathroom. There’s also an adjustable desk in the living room for your use, but you will also have a study desk in your own room. All furniture is provided and in good condition.
