I am moving out of my flat share and looking for someone to replace me.

About the room / flat:

It’s situated on the 11th floor of a modern high rise, a five minute walk from Southall station (Elizabeth line, 20 min tube to Paddington). There is a private double room available. It has a large window with amazing views. The room is large enough to be set up in many different ways to best facilitate a live-work space.

There is a large shared kitchen, that has wooden floors, double height ceilings and a huge balcony. There is also a good amount of storage in here, and a big cupboard in the hallway which houses the washing machine, with enough space for coats and shoes.

Your bathroom is private and spacious (the other resident has an en-suite), and has a bath, and combi boiler powered shower (there's always hot water).

The building complex (managed by UNCLE (the Landlord)):

The apartment block is of chic modern design, and the staff (posted at reception during working hours) are friendly and helpful. The ground floor features a Zoom room (which you can privately book), coworking lounge-space that boasts Siemens appliances and underfloor heating, as well as a Karaoke room, and 24/7 Gym.

What we require:

My flatmate would be looking for someone who is neat and respectful. Non-negotiable being that you pull your fair weight in communal-area cleaning, and household responsibilities.

Open to 3rd year students / mature students, or working professionals.

Technical info:

(Council tax band D) (Rent & bills comes to approx. £2,500pm, your portion would equate to approx. £1,300pm - fluctuating every month due to energy costs etc)

*Due to UNCLE’s affordability requirements, they request residents have evidence of a guarantee equating to 26x the annual rent; £60,000.
