Double Room in 2 bed Flat

This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom newly built flat, about a 10 min walk from southall station. Furnished room with king sized bed, matching cupboard, work desk/chair and monitor(can be replaced with something else if not needed).
The kitchen has all mordern amenities that might be needed like, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, airfryer etc.
The living room is big and spacious with a PS5, and 65" TV.

I'm just looking for a chill flatmate/friend, to hang out and live with. Someone who likes to keep their space clean (not a clean freak, just considerate). It would be great if our interests matched, as I wouldn't want either of us to feel as if we're just living with strangers.
