We’re looking for our future flatmate!

- Deposit: 1210
- Available: 1 July - 31 October (if needed contract renewable with building)

Unfortunately due to career changes, I am having to leave the country. Which is why we’re looking for a new flatmate to take my room!

About your new flatmate:
You’ll be sharing the flat with Shagun, who is in her mid 20s and working as a HR.

She’s a big movie fan, and has been in London for a year now so loves exploring new things to do. We met each other last year when we moved into this flat and have got along well! We’re a quiet and tidy household looking for a flatmate who will share that vibe.

Future flatmates:
- Girls preferred
- Clean and tidy is important
- Preferably vegetarian or vegan (if not, someone respectful of the shared space as Shagun is vegan)

The flat (FULLY FURNISHED):
- Big living room and modern kitchen (equipped with appliances including a multi-functional oven and induction hob)
- A private balcony connects the kitchen and living area
- Very spacious bedrooms with good storage (built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and a study table). Each room has a nice view
- The bedroom is not an en suite but has its own bathroom right opposite to the bedroom
- Bills are less than £200 per person per month (cheaper in the summer), including council tax, electricity, energy, water and, WiFi
- less than 5 min walk to Southall station (connects to Elizabeth line)
- 20 minutes to bond street on train

Building:
- Building has a free: co-working space, gym, yoga room, karaoke room and a hosting room.
- Staff present Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm for any help.
- vending machines and a tiny grocery store inside the building!
