Spacious ensuite double room available in a modern 2-bed / 2-bath new-build apartment, just a 5-minute walk from Southall Elizabeth Line station (only ~20 mins to Paddington!).

The room is the larger of the two bedrooms and comes furnished with a double bed with under-bed storage, desk, large built-in wardrobe, and private ensuite bathroom, with plenty of space for a lovely WFH setup. (Chair can be purchased from current housemate). The flat has double glazed windows, so there are no noise issues even being so close to the tube!

I’ve furnished this flat - it has a large shared living room, balcony, big TV, and a modern kitchen with Siemens appliances, dishwasher, washing machine + dryer. It’s on the 5th floor with lift access. There’s also a large balcony to sit out on which is especially nice in the summer! I've lived here for 3 years now and it's a nice place with lovely residents in the building.

About me: I’m 28 and work in marketing in media/entertainment, WFH 2-3 days a week. I’m social but pretty chill - happy to occasionally hang out/grab coffee or binge a new series on Netflix. 🤠
