(Chair can be purchased from current housemate). The flat has double glazed windows, so there are no noise issues even being so close to the tube!
I’ve furnished this flat - it has a large shared living room, balcony, big TV, and a modern kitchen with Siemens appliances, dishwasher, washing machine + dryer. It’s on the 5th floor with lift access. There’s also a large balcony to sit out on which is especially nice in the summer! I've lived here for 3 years now and it's a nice place with lovely residents in the building.
The building amenities are a big plus!

Looking for someone similar - ideally a friendly, respectful and considerate working professional who wants a stable home and is planning to stay longer-term (ideally 9+ months).
