Hi. I am looking for a student or professional for a spacious, newly furnished room in a clean and well maintained property. The ideal tenant will be clean, tidy after themselves, reasonable and show respect to other house occupiers.

Bed can be seperated to make 2 single bed or combined to make double bed.

There is 2 bathroom and kitchen to share. All bills included.

Close to Southall Broadway( 5 mins walk), Southall Station ( 20mins walk or 5 to 10mins by bus), Brunel University (20mins by bus) and local quite park with running track/tennis court/basket ball/Astro turf( 3 mins walk).

No parking facility but permit can be arrange by own cost with local council.

Tenants who lives or lived here usually stay for 2 to 5 years. The current tenants are friendly, respectful and quite.
