The short term rental options (less than 2 months) include all bills (Council Tax, Electricity, Hot Water) over the summer period, and offer the flexibility of minimum 2-weeks. Long-term can be on a monthly rolling contract. This means you have flexibility to extend your stay or swap room, if availability exists.

Your safety and comfort is a priority. If you rent a room separately, we'll try and prioritize same-gender occupancy in the flat for the period of your stay to ensure a secure and harmonious living environment, particularly beneficial for independent female guests. Besides, an existing guest will be asked to agree to other guests before we agree them and there will not be more than three occupants in the flat at any one time.
