One room to rent in st Margaret's

The flat is less than 5mins from st Margaret's station and about ten minutes from Twickenham. although it doesn't have a garden moormeads park is at the end of the street and is a pretty little park.
The flat is light and airy purpose built Edwardian maisonette with good kitchen fridge freezer dishwasher etc. The communal lounge has large brand new telly, The internet speed is the fastest you can get from virgin and if necessary I will install virgin network plugs in each room which will give you a speed of about 800.
The bedroom is a good spacious size light and airy with plenty of storage
The second is light and airy with plenty of storage but smaller
The two rooms share a light and airy bathroom with bath/shower and toilet.
The local pub the Turks head is very popular and hosts the 40year old comedy club you name them they have played their.
I am a fairly easy going guy and like a laugh .
I haven't put any paintings etc in the rooms as I thought you might like to make it more homely yourselves if not we can sort something out as I am a builder and could certainly sort that out
The room has large fitted wardrobes, a bedside tables and lamp. Their are two sets of bed linen . the bed is an ottoman bed so masses of storage in there as well.
I have a cleaner in once a week but I
will expect you keep things clean
All bill's are paid but not parking. or council tax
The bathroom is next to bedroom and will only be used by the two of you.
