Lovely king size bedroom with en-suite

A lovely king sized bedroom and bathroom in St Margarets overlooking south facing gardens on the top floor of our house. You would have the whole top floor to yourself - totally private.

Our house is a lovely Victorian semi detached family home in a quiet, leafy cul-de-sac. The street is incredibly friendly with a primary school at the bottom of the road and great neighbours.

We are a five minute walk to St Margarets station (2 mins journey to Richmond) and on the Waterloo line. There are also lots of buses nearby to Richmond or you can walk it in 15 mins!

We are also very close to the A316, which offers direct access to Central London and nearby motorways (M25, M4 and M3). The M3 can be reached by car in 10 minutes. Twickenham is also only a 15 minute drive away from Heathrow, with easy access to all the International Airports..

The location is amazing, a few minutes walk from Marble Hill park and river, cafes, shops and pubs at the top of our road. St Margarets is like a village!

For those interested in sport, the famous Twickenham Rugby Stadium is only a 10 minute walk away and there is a gym two minutes walk away. Our local park has walking groups and open air yoga, there is paddle boarding and rowing and we are a short walk from beautiful walks along the river.

I work for the NHS and my daughter is in her third year at uni. We are looking for a Monday to Friday lodger, someone who would like a peaceful place to stay while they are working in London.

There is free WiFi and all bills (gas/electric and council tax) are included. As is the cleaner.

We have a Scottish fold cat who is quite shy and spends most of the day sleeping!
