Flat share Richmond

I’m sadly leaving my beautiful flat in Richmond st margrets due to work commitments.

I am looking for someone to replace me on my half of the tenancy. The ideal tenant would be sharing the apartment with Laura who is cabin crew. Laura is often away 3-4 days at a time as she works long haul flights. She is very friendly and sociable
, she does also enjoy her own time, peace and quiet due to her demanding work schedule. Looking for someone who has their own life outside of the flat and enjoys both sociable and private time.

Laura does have a sausage dog that doesn’t live here full time but the ideal tenant would also need to be dog friendly.

The flat is a beautiful Victorian conversion with the attic room being the room that’s available. It’s a large bright open space with ample storage.

There is no allocated parking however permits can be applied for through the local council.
