Room available to rent in St Margaret's for £850 pm plus bills (around £200) with a deposit of £810 in a partially furnished two bedroom flat. You will be taking over my former flatmates contract that runs from 23/05/25 to 23/03/26, with the option to renew it.
Looking for a professional female who is socialable and tidy, but also respectful of each other's space. You will be sharing with a 26 year old healthcare assistant who enjoys cooking, crafting and plants, and occasionally works night shifts.
The flat is five minutes walk from St Margaret's train station, ten minutes from Richmond, a high street with a Tesco, Lidl and coffee shops, Marble Hill Park and the Thames.
