Description
Large, bright, double room to rent. Partially furnished: double bed, small desk, mirror, and triple door wardrobe (one door is shelving space) included.
I’m looking for someone who needs the space short term (circa 5-6months).
Unfortunately, I’ll be looking to sell in the new year. But I would love to have someone in until I complete the sale.
There's a shared bathroom and separate toilet, and a shared living space for use in the evenings and at weekends. The kitchen is well equipped, and has plenty of storage space.
The flat is in a block of flats close to St Margaret's train station, local shops, and moormead park. There's a shared garden with bike storage, and residents-only parking. It’s pretty close to both Richmond and Twickenham (inc Richmond park) and there are a lot of running clubs, gyms, yoga studios and outdoor activities. There are also an inordinate number of coffee shops in St Margaret’s, so there’s always an opportunity for coffee.
St Margarets train station is less than 5mins away, its a 20min walk into Richmond and 15mins to Twickenham. It takes about 35mins to get into Waterloo from St Margaret’s.
I'm looking for someone friendly and respectful, is good at communicating and who will keep the place tidy. If you're a sociable, professional, and would like to live in a delightful, bright, well-kept home, please get in touch!
About me: I work in marketing and I’m also a yoga teacher. I’m generally out and about when not working (often teaching, or out with friends). I enjoy cooking and I like to unwind and watch TV or read - it’d be great to find someone who wants to hang out occasionally in the evenings. I’m not into partying any more, but I do enjoy a glass of wine!
I work from home during the week in the living room. It is otherwise available for use. The available bedroom is the master bedroom with enough space for a desk (small one included) There is a pretty fast fibre broadband connection. Although it may suit someone who primarily doesn’t work at home.
Please note: bills are included in the rent, which is due by the 1st of the month. Proof of right to live and work in the UK required, along with two references.
No couples - the flat isn’t big enough for three adults to live here.
Please get in touch with any questions. I look forward to hearing from you!
