The room is available, viewings will start on the 7th January, in the evenings. If you are interested, tell us about yourself, why you're moving what is your preferred day and I'll arrange a viewing. As I'm the outgoing housemate, the rest of us need to agree on the future housemate.
We’re a quiet, considerate and easy-going household (ages 28–49) and are looking for a like-minded professional to join us. We enjoy a chat in the kitchen but also respect each other’s space.

The House

A spacious six-bedroom home at the end of a peaceful, tree-lined cul-de-sac just off Richmond Bridge.
Although the house has six bedrooms, only five are occupied — meaning we have a spare guest room for friends and family.

The house offers:
• A large private garden with patio
• A garage for extra storage
• A generous kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer
• Dining room and sitting room with large flatscreen TV
• First-floor bathroom with shower and bathtub
• Additional toilet on the Ground floor.

• 10 minutes’ walk to St Margaret’s Station
• 15 minutes’ walk to Richmond Station
• Very safe and quiet area

A cosy small double on the first floor, overlooking the rear garden.

• Built-in wardrobe
• Space for a double bed, desk and even a yoga mat
• Can be fully furnished if needed (double bed with storage drawers + desk available). The furniture currently in the room is mine, but can stay or we can provide other bed if needed.
