Double room available in in a cosy flat to share with live in landlady.

Furnished with double bed with under-bed drawers, a desk and a wardrobe. You will have dedicated cupboard space in the kitchen inclusive of the fridge and freezer. The bathroom and the garden are also shared.

A generally quiet location with good transport links to London by train from St Mary Cray Station (5 minutes’ walk), with direct trains to London Bridge, Blackfriars, Victoria, etc. There are also several buses including night buses and good proximity to Orpington Station and Petts Wood station. There is free on-street parking.

Nugent Shopping centre is a 5 – 10 minute walk and other amenities within walking distance include 2 gyms (Pure Gym and Hitio), M&S, Aldi, Lidl, Home Bargains, TK Max, etc. There are direct buses to Orpington High Street although I generally walk there. (25 – 30 minutes).

All bills are included, namely Council Tax, Broadband, Electricity, Gas and Water. I do not own a TV and so any TV licence fees are not included.

I generally work from home. I am looking for somebody considerate, responsible and laid back.
