The house is an easy 10 minute walk to St Mary Cray station (trains to Victoria, Sevenoaks, City Thameslink) and bus stops. Close to Petts Wood, Sidcup, Chislehurst and Orpington highstreets where all the main shops are located such as Nugent shopping centre, Tesco and Sainsbury's.

You would be sharing with two other people at the most. Current tenants are professionals in their mid twenties who are friendly and enjoy hanging out with flatmates but understand and respect people's need for their own space as well. The above rent for the room is inclusive of all bills.
