It's just me here (I'm a full time school teacher) so it's nice and quiet. It's also tidy and well maintained.
Beautiful woodland surroundings e. g. Stanmore Common, Bentley Priory, Wood Farm Viewpoint, deer park etc.
Very nice local towns, Stanmore and Bushey Heath, with a range of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafes, Post Office, pharmacies, Aspire swimming pool, gym etc.
Free parking and bicycle storage shed.
Public transport includes Stanmore Tube on the Jubilee line, 25 minutes walk, and the 142 bus, which stops at the end of Warren Lane, less than 10 minutes away (check tfl website for times)
Suitable for a mature, professional person (no work from home) who needs a peaceful base to rest e. g. the previous lodger (2 years) worked shifts in a lab and the lodger before that (2.5 years) was a teacher like me. No overnight guests.
