A double room in a recently renovated house on a quiet cul-de-sac residential road in Stanmore.
There are local shops and a dry cleaner nearby. The Belmont Health Centre is a 10-minute walk.
There are two direct buses, the H18 & H19 to Harrow-on-the-Hill train station. We also have bus 186 to Canons Park tube station and Edgware Station.
It is a four-bedroom semi-detached house with all four bedrooms upstairs. However, there is a shower room and a visitors' WC downstairs for the sole use of the tenant/lodger.
There is also a family bathroom/WC upstairs, which the landlady may allow the tenant/lodger to use when there are no other family members or visitors. Otherwise, the shower room downstairs is for the sole use of the tenant/lodger.
The house is clean and tidy; therefore, I need someone equally clean and orderly—no smoking in any part of the house.
The landlady lives in the house. It's a very quiet house, the ideal home if you like some peace and quiet.
I am a Christian, but I will also consider some other Religions. I am a Black British, originally from West Africa.
I'm a very nice person. I get on well with others, and I'm sociable. But, I like to keep my comfortable home clean.
The household shares the kitchen and the living, dining areas.
The rent includes all utility bills and Council Tax band D.
