We're a couple of Aussies recently moved to London. More particularly in Stanmore. We are in walking distance to the station and Sainsbury nearby and Lidl about 7 mins walk. Quiet neighbourhood but close to everything. You would be living in the house with just my husband as I work away a lot and not around much. My husband works all over London and his work hours vary.
The room is fully furnished with a bed, built ins and bedside tables. The house/flat is approx 4 years old so no problems about heating etc. We have a lovely courtyard too
