Both rooms are as the pictures advertised so you won’t be disappointed and I won’t waste your time so I ask you to please not waste mine.

The rooms are in a quiet neighbourhood, a smoke free, pet free and non party-house. ALL BILLS and bi-weekly cleaning for communal areas included+ one monthly Deep cleaning of your bedroom(optional) making your stay as convenient as possible.

The bathroom features a bathtub with overhead shower which will be shared with One extremely clean female. Fresh bedding and linen will be provided with washing and ironing but you’re welcome to bring yours.

✪ Private Garden - Well sized garden accessible directly from both rooms with plenty of earth and nature. Patio features comfortable seating area during summertime to relax, read a book or enjoy some BBQ whilst taking in the fresh air.
