The bedroom is at the front of the house, overlooking a quite square as the road is a cul-de-sac. The road is very quiet, with nice neighbours.
The house is semi-detached and there is off-street parking.
The road is situated about 5/6 minutes from the shops in Stanmore Broadway and about an 8/9 minute walk from Stanmore Station.
The other lodger has been living here for 4 years.
There is a gardener and a cleaning lady.
Full use of the kitchen, including all crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, washing machine and dishwasher, cooker, fridge space and freezer space, with a cupboard for pantry items.
The house has recently been repainted outside and inside.
I am looking for a quiet and considerate lodger who will keep the kitchen clean as well as their bedroom and the shower room which is shared with the other lodger.
