I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in my two-bedroom flat in Cannons Park.

We are on second-floor of a four storey building, conveniently located moments away from local shops, a park and the underground.

We share a large bright living room, with an open plan kitchen and plenty of storage. This leads out to the balcony overlooking the complex. The place is flooded with natural light and nicely decorated (even if I do say so myself)

The flat has a shared bathroom with a big bathtub and modern fixtures. The ample bedroom is fully furnished with a kingsize bed, cupboards and wardrobe, bedside tables and the option of a work station. It is all ready for the right person to move in.

We also have a big storage cupboard, a cloakroom and a washer dryer.

The Jubilee Line takes 30 minutes to Green Park Station and is open for 24 hours on the weekend. Edgware station (Northern line) is a 6 minute bus ride away, and the stop is right outside the complex.

I would prefer to live with a fellow gay male and non smoker for ease and comfort. The room is only for single occupants, not couples. The contract term is one year, with the option to terminate at 6 months. I’m not looking for short let tenants.

I work from home and I’m pretty quiet and considerate of space. I enjoy cooking but I’m tidy and always clean up after myself. I’m also often out at dance classes, the gym, or catching up with family and friends. So you may not see much of me.
