Beautiful quiet double, Next to Stanmore Tube

Hello, we are looking for someone to rent a double room in a newly refurbished flat that has its own private entrance.

Room can be furnished or unfurnished on request.

Stanmore high street is a 5 minute walk that has a number of shops and restaurants including Sainsbury’s/ Lidl and Costa/ Cafe Nero/ Pizza express

Stanmore station is on your doorstep where you can take the jubilee/ metropolitan line. Bond Street station is 30 minutes door to door.

We are also surrounded by miles of greenery and hilltops with beautiful views which is a 4 minute walking distance.

The flat has a large spacious living room and a large kitchen.

We don’t have any specific preferences for a new flat mate. There are 2 current flat mates both in their early 30s who are working professionals. We are friendly and polite.
