Double room in Stanmore

I am looking for a considerate, clean, tidy, non smoker professional female with a mature attitude to share my flat with. I am an easy going laid back professional female. The room on offer is a good size double room with double bed and plenty of storage space (Large double wardrobe and chest of draws). We will share lounge, kitchen and the bathroom there is also a garden. The flat is in a quite cul-de-sac backing on to a golf course. There is on road parking. There are excellent transport links in the area, Canons Park Station (Jubilee line) is a very short bus ride or a short walk, I walk to the station in the mornings. Other stations include Edgware (Northern Line) Harrow (Met line and National rail). It will be a minimum let of 3 months with a possibility of extending.
