A furnished self contained Ensuit studio with its own access in Stanmore. The place is available to move into immediately. I am looking for a professional indiindividual who will keep the studio clean. The studio contains its own Kitchen and Shower toilet hence it is a self contained room with its own access. The size of the room is not too small or not too large. Its about a medium size room with a single bed. There are plenty electrical sockets, Wifi internet, and a TV wall mount.

It is a 2 minute walk from local amenities such as Tesco, Asda, Restaurants, pharmacies. A bus stop (186 rout) is on the doorstep. Bus H18 and H19 is literally 2 minutes from the house. The Jubilee line is a 15 minute walk away and the bus is very frequent and will connect to other buses on its route.

There is NO UPFRONT DEPOSIT to pay, however any damages will have to be paid for.
