Double room in a tastefully decorated house

A fully refurbished good size comfortable room to let in a well-decorated house situated in a very desirable area. Close to Tube/Train station (South Kenton - Bakerloo & British rail). Tesco local approx. 7 minutes walk. Local shops even closer.

There is also an Annexe (a self contained 1-bedroom flat) to the house which is occupied by a young couple. They have separate access to their flat and do not share any space with us.

I am a professional single parent working in Consumer Electronics industry i. e. product design and marketing.

We are two people in the house; myself and my 10 years old daughter. We are easy going, fun-loving but also refined individuals. We appreciate finer things in life.

There is a light hearted and fun atmosphere in the house.

Females preferred because of my daughter.
