Double room with en-suite in quiet house share

Double room with en-suite available for single occupant in a three bedroom well looked after house ( current occupants one professional and one student) Unfortunately I am not able to accept working from home at present. Looking for someone who is looking for a room to call their home for at least one year.
You will be sharing the house with me and one female We keep our home clean and tidy and looking for someone who is also clean and tidy. Preferably another female.
About the house
Quiet residential street, close to the A3, less than a minute from local bus route , good local transport links to Kingston hospital, Kingston university, 30 minutes fast train to central London
