We are a professional couple with two adult daughters - one at Uni, one working away.
We have a small, friendly dog - Nelly - who is noisy until she gets to know you.
We're offering a furnished, double room on the first floor at the back of a large house which has a patio and garden, kitchen/dinning room and a sitting room.
The room is light, bright and warm. It has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, bureau and chair..
Next to it is your bathroom.
This is the guest bedroom so on the occasions we have people to stay, you'll share the bathroom, other than that treat it as your own. We have two other bathrooms in the house for the family.
There is free street parking. The K3 bus (Esher-Kingston) stops nearly outside and It's a 12 minute walk to Surbiton station (Zone 6).
Green spaces, a good range of shops and some great restaurants and pubs a short walk away.
The rent includes Council Tax, water, gas, electricity, fibre broadband, TV License and weekly cleaner.
We'd like a thoughtful professional person or mature student who is able to commit to a minimum of 6 months.
